Mr Mahlubandile Itumeleng Radebe

Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary

Hlubi is a highly accomplished legal practitioner with extensive experience spanning both the public and private sectors. He brings a depth of knowledge, strategic insight and a results-driven approach to every matter he undertakes, making him a valuable asset to the firm and its clients.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Lesotho, a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the same institution, an LLB from the University of Zimbabwe, and an LLM in International Law from Rand Afrikaans University. In addition, he completed an Executive Management Diploma at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, equipping him with strong leadership and business acumen.

He has over 10 years post admission experience as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary, Hlubi has built a distinguished career grounded in professionalism, integrity and legal excellence. His broad experience enables him to navigate complex legal frameworks with precision, while consistently delivering practical, client-focused solutions.

His areas of expertise include contract law, international law and cross-border transactions, property law and conveyancing, as well as the administration of deceased estates. Hlubi is particularly recognised for his ability to manage intricate legal matters with efficiency, ensuring that clients receive clear guidance, reduced risk exposure and optimal outcomes.

Ms Ntweleng Baloyi

The firm was joined by Ms. Belitha Baloyi as a Candidate Attorney. Ms. Baloyi previously worked at the Road Accident Fund, first as an Administrator and then as a Claims Handler. She was later appointed as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at the Road Accident Fund, where her responsibilities included conducting training needs analyses, implementing skills development programs, and undertaking research and benchmarking initiatives.

Ms. Baloyi obtained her BLC from the University of Pretoria in 1998 and subsequently completed her LLB at the University of South Africa in 2013. She further enhanced her expertise by completing a Management Development Programme at the University of Stellenbosch in 2015. She is currently pursuing her LLM at the University of South Africa.

Ms. Baloyi is an admitted Attorney of the High Court and currently serves as a Junior Associate at Maphokga & Associates.
