M&A track record for legal services provided to various clients:

• In 2015, we were afforded an opportunity to work in collaboration with a senior law firm, to draft a human resource manual for one of the government entities. In this project, we were responsible for research, and compilation of the manual, and appointment of expert to oversee the The manual was accepted and approved by client, and the project was a success.
• Around 2016, we were appointed to be on the legal Panel of Government Employee Pension Fund, to date. We provided services, of litigation, civil law, research, legal opinion, drafting and providing commentary/remarks on internal forensic investigations with the aim to advise the Fund on the legal standing of particular laws related. We were afforded an opportunity, that allowed us, to grow our knowledge within the Pension law, which Ms Maphokga, personally grew an interest in, and Joined Pension Lawyers Associations for further development and to seek other opportunities for the
• In 2017, we were afforded an opportunity to provide Sage with a legal opinion, for dissolution of an Umbrella fund. We attended to the matter, conducted research, and compiled legal opinion, which was accepted and approved by Senior legal manager at Sage.
• In 2020, we had an opportunity to assist GEPF and provide legal advice to review their investment mandate signed with Public Investment Corporation (PIC), focusing on strengthening the governance gap, using Mpati Commission of Enquiry Report as reference. The matter was overseen by Senior attorneys Micheal Katz, who expressed his satisfaction with our work.
• To date we continue to provide legal services for GEPF in respect of Pension Benefit such as Divorce benefits, death benefit, any other litigation emanating from withdrawal from Fund, including issues relating to pensionable service period and not limited to the
• We had an opportunity to be on the legal panel of South African Weather Service, were we provided legal service for their litigation matter, such as
• A further opportunity, being on the legal Panel of IEC until 2023, where we were providing them with legal services surrounding procurement processes, by evaluating and preparing reports for their submitted tenders and responses to RFQ’s.
• We do provide legal service for other private Companies, with regards to drafting and reviewing of contracts, implementation of contracts, and litigation of contract
• We had an opportunity to assist the Road Accident fund with their corporate litigation matters, on an ad hoc
• We provided legal services for the then Alexandra Forbes, which is called BATSUMI, with assessment of the claims related to accident, if their stakeholders such as medical aid, have any claims to be.

Not limiting ourselves, we also have an opportunity to assist individuals with their civil matters and other ancillary matters.
